Quotes and Billing

Rates, estimates, and scope will be confirmed in writing (email or proposal) before work begins.
Emergency or after‑hours work may carry different rates; we will confirm prior to work whenever possible.

Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver services. We can sign NDAs upon request.

Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
